Site work for a water / sewer project in Cocoa Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
A1A Sewer Replacement Project Project consists of replacing approximately 660 LF of the 8" and 1O" Gravity Sewer pipe of five existing crossings in the City of Cocoa Beach and installation of two (2) new sanitary sewer manholes, 30 LF of new 6" PVC FM, as well as abandonment in place of approximately 220 LF of existing gravity sewers via grouting and temporary bypass pumping. The new pipeline is to be the same size as the existing. This will include but is not limited to constructing temporary site access, MOT, right of entry agreements, utility replacement/relocation, erosion control, and restoration. Bidders must be licensed contractors in the State of Florida A bid bond is required, each Successful Bidder will be required to furnish a construction performance bond and a construction payment bond as security for the faithful performance and the payment of all bills and obligations arising from the performance of the Contract. If the Contract is to be awarded, Owner will give the Successful Bidder a Notice of Award within the number of days set forth in the Bid Form for acceptance of the Bid. The Proposal shall be firm for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of the public opening. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted by Friday May 23rd,2025, to Owner in writing.
