Site work and paving for a road / highway in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Town of Washing is requesting bids for Pinewood Rd, Lila Ln, and Silver Springs which lie in the Town of Washington for pulverize and relay, delivery of base course, asphalt saw cuts, prepare foundation, and paving. The work shall be subject to minimum wages and labor standards in accordance with the State of Wisconsin. The Town Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract deemed most advantageous to the Town. TIMELINE June 1, 2025 through October 1, 2025. Notify the Town of Washington 10 days prior to the start of work. Provide the Town a schedule of pulverizing and paving operations that completes all work on the project prior to the completion date. Following the pulverizing of any roadway under this project, complete the paving operations in a timely manner. OTHER WORK The Town of Washington will rough grade pulverized roads for usability by traffic from the time pulverizing is complete until final grading operations begin. If existing subgrade or base course conditions are encountered that will compromise the new pavement life, notify the Town immediately. The Town will review the roadway segment in question and coordinate repairs if necessary. The Town will shoulder the roadway after paving operations.
