There is a Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE) participation goal of (TBD) for this project. A bid bond, certified check, or cashiers check payable to airport sponsor in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price must accompany each bid. This surety must bind the bidder for a period of ninety (90) days after the notification of award.
