Reference Number 0000288528 Throughout the term of the Contract [and any warranty period], the Contractor shall obtain and maintain at their own expense the following insurance in relation to the Work, any services required to be performed by the Contractor under the Contract Documents, or otherwise, each such policy to be issued by an insurance company licensed to carry on the business of issuing such policies in Ontario, and possessing a Best's Financial Strength Rating of at least B+. .1 Comprehensive General Liability Insurance, which shall include, but not limited to: .1 Contractual liability coverage for liability assumed under SC32 -INDEMNIFICATION; 23 Products and completed operations coverage; Contingent employer's liability coverage, for any claims that might be brought against the TTC by any employee of the Contractor; Owner's and Contractor's protective coverage for all subcontracted operations; 45678 Sudden and accidental pollution coverage; Non-owned automobile liability; and Cross liability and severability of interests clause. Such insurance shall provide a combined single limit of not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) for any one occurrence or accident for all claims arising out of bodily injury (including death) and damage to the property of others. Such liability insurance shall contain no exclusions in conflict with the character of the Work required to be performed under the Contract and shall include the TTC as an additional insured. .9 Any other valid or collectible insurance available to the TTC shall not apply to any loss until the coverage and limits available under the insurance policies maintained by the Contractor in accordance with this SC2.1 have been exhausted. 2 Automobile Liability Insurance .1 Automobile liability insurance with a limit of not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) inclusive for any one accident or occurrence and shall insure against claims for bodily injury, including death, and for property damage arising out of the use of any vehicle owned, leased or operated by or on behalf of the Contractor in the performance of the Work. Company to provide all labour, equipment and materials to supply various roofing materials throughout the Greater Toronto Area. Roofing material items are listed on the Price Schedule. Refer to Appendix I. Company shall provide roofing material items to TTC on an as required basis. The bidders shall provide their percentage mark-up or cost plus percentage in the price schedule. This will apply to any roofing material that is not on the price schedule including the third party materials supplied by the Company. (i.e. items listed bellow in subsection 3.3). The Company shall provide the original invoices (including the third party's invoices) to TTC showing clearly the actual price and quantity of the items purchased by the Company (Example: invoices for supply of tapered insulation materials which may include but not limited to providing site visits, shop drawings and etc.). This mark-up will remain firm for the remainder of the Contract including any possible extension(s).
