Reference Number 0000288652 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/03/31 12:00:00 PM EDT The Royal Ontario Museum (ROM) is issuing a two envelope Request for Tender (RFT) process to prequalify Proponents for the replacement of four (4) existing fresh air units (AHUs 58, 67, 75, and 50). These units, at the end of their service life, must be replaced on a like-for-like basis. Proponents should highlight any improved energy efficiencies noted on the quoted equipment spec sheets. Their replacement is critical to ensure the preservation of artifacts and the continuity of museum operations. Only Proponents meeting the Prequalification Requirements outlined herein will be invited to submit detailed pricing in Envelope B. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
