Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Eagan, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

SCOPE OF WORK The following is the scope of work for this project. Materials to Purchase The following is a list of material the contractor will need to provide for this work. It is not a complete list of materials but covers most of the larger items needed: o 1 Trove 2 Enclosure (for X2220 Access Panel) o 1 wall/pole mounted enclosure with the following features o Mounting rails for networking equipment o Large enough to house rail mounted network switch, electrical outlet, and allow room for cables to be plugged in, empty space allowing for easier working conditions in the enclosure o Securable by padlocks o Minimum NEMA rating of 4X o Conduit (amount to be determined by contractor) o Category 6 ethernet cable (amount to be determined by contractor) o Single mode fiber optic cable (amount to be determined by contractor) o Electrical wire (amount and size to be determined by contractor) o 1 LNL-X2220 access panel o 1 HID Signo 20 card reader (standard profile) o 1 Altronix power supply o 3 GRI surface mounted door contacts o 1 Bosch DS160 request to exit o 1 Von Duprin 6210 Electric Strike o 4 Axis P3827-PVE cameras o 4 Axis T91B47 pole mounts o 1 Axis P3267-LVE camera o 5 Avigilon 7.0 Enterprise camera licenses Contractor Responsibilities The following is a list of tasks the contractor is responsible to complete. o Install the purchased enclosure on the indicated light pole at a secure height to prevent vandalism o Directional bore/trench conduit between the mechanical room and the newly installed enclosure. 2 sets of conduit are needed, 1 for the single mode fiber, 1 for the high voltage electrical wire. o Directional bore/trench conduit between the mechanical room and the light pole with the Axis P3827-PVE camera on the east side. o Direction bore/trench conduit between the enclosure and the two light poles where Axis P3827-PVE cameras will be installed in the west parking lot. o Run single mode fiber optic cable from the county network switch in the mechanical room, through the installed conduit, and to the newly installed switch. o Run electrical wire from the mechanical room electrical panel, through the installed conduit, and to the newly installed enclosure o Install an outlet for the new electrical wire to terminate at in the electrical enclosure o Mount the county provided network switch in the enclosure on the mounting rails. o Install the Axis P3827-PVE cameras on the light poles indicated using the T91B47 pole mounts o Install the Axis P3267-LVE camera on the building as indicated. o Run CAT6 cable between the county switches and the installed Axis cameras. o Install the purchased Trove 2 enclosure in the site's mechanical room. o Install the purchased LNL-X2220 and Altronix power supply in the mounted Trove 2 enclosure o Install the purchased HID Signo 20 card reader on the mechanical room door frame. o Install the GRI door contacts on the restroom doors and the mechanical room door. o Install the Bosch DS160 REX on the interior above the mechanical room door. o Install the Von Duprin 6210 on the mechanical room door frame. o Wire the Altronix power supply to power the LNL-X2220 reader board. o Install any needed surface mounted conduit to the electric strikes, readers, REX, and door contacts. o Wire the county provided electric strikes to the LNL-X2220 board. o Wire the installed door contacts, reader, and REX to the LNL-X2220 board. o Run CAT6 cable to the nearby county mounted switch to the LNL-X2220 board. o Program the Card Access devices (reader board, reader, door contacts, electric strikes, REX) into the County's Lenel OnGuard 8.2 card access system. The electric strikes for the restrooms are auxiliary outputs for each reader. The restroom door contacts are auxiliary inputs for each reader. The county will provide networking information. o Program the installed Axis cameras with county provided IP information. Dakota County Staff Responsibilities The following is a list of tasks the county is responsible to complete for the contractor. o Provide the contractor with the new network switch o Provide the contractor access to the site o Provide the contractor with the networking information o Provide the private locates on the site for the underground work. o Provide the electric strikes for the restroom doors
