Knutson Construction Services has been selected as Construction Manager Agent by the ISD 196 to administer the construction of the Thomas Lake Elementary Site Improvements. 1. The project consists of modifications and additions to the Parking lot areas, including added storm water retention. Each bidder must accompany his Proposal with a Cashier's Check, Bid Bond or Certified Check equal to 5% of the amount of the Proposal payable to the Owner as a guarantee of prompt execution of the Contract in accordance with the Proposal and Contract Documents, and that he will furnish bond acceptable to the Owner covering performance and payment of the Contract. No Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled. Contact Knutson Construction with all questions or access to the site. The Independent School District 196, reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bids.
