The scope of work for this project involves the removal and replacement of concrete pavement in the Woodfield Subdivision, Meadow Ridge Estates Subdivision, and other related work as further described in the Project Manual. Each Bid must be accompanied by a cashiers check, a certified check, or a Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an approved surety company, made payable to the Village of Godfrey, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the sum total of the bid. The Village reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all informalities in Bids. The Work to be performed under the Contract shall commence no earlier than April 1, 2025, within ten (10) calendar days of the date of the written Notice to Proceed as issued by the Village, and the Work shall be completed within seventy-five (75) calendar days of the Notice to Proceed.
