Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a civil project in Hurricane, Utah. Completed plans call for the addition of a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of demolition of the existing pretreatment basins and floc/sed basins, and demolition, replacement, and installation of large diameter piping/piping appurtenances as outlined in the Contract Documents. The Project also includes bid alternates for demolition of the existing East and West waste backwash water drying beds, construction of three new concrete-lined waste backwash water drying beds, large diameter welded steel finished water piping, and construction of a new detention basin for stormwater, plant drains, and overflows. The project is located at the Quail Creek Water Treatment Plant at 270 N 5300 W, Hurricane, UT (approximately 10 miles northwest of St. George, Utah).
