The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, tools, insurance necessary to provide total maintenance, inspections, testing, repairs, replacements of the fire alarm, sprinkler system and all fire extinguishers. The contractor shall render two (2) inspections per year on the fire alarm and four (4) inspections on the sprinkler systems per year. The fire extinguishers shall be inspected, serviced, and recharged, required by code. Each fire extinguisher shall be recertified each year with new tags attached. Catonsville Fire Alarm, Sprinkler System and Fire Extinguishers Maintenance Service Contract for a term of three (3) years beginning April 1, 2025 through March 31, 2028. SITE VISIT: A time and date has been established for a site visit on the Invitation to Bid (ITB) of this solicitation.
