All work performed under this contract shall be under the direction of a registered Professional Engineer and Registered Landscape Architect licensed by the State of Connecticut. Representative examples of previous assignments under this proposal include park design and development, traffic engineering services, drainage consulting, and other regulatory reporting The Town of Bloomfield is requesting proposals to provide professional design services for the renovation of Rockwell Park located at 46 & 91 Rockwell Avenue, Bloomfield, CT. The park renovation plays a significant role in restoring recreational opportunities to the residents of the Town of Bloomfield. Requested services include full design, permitting, cost estimating, preparation of construction bid documents, bid-phase services, and construction oversight.
