Site work for a municipal facility in Balsam Lake, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
The Polk County Public Works Dept. is accepting proposals for the removal and replacement of the expansion joint caulking at our Justice Center located at 1005 West Main Street, Balsam Lake, WI 54810. The target date for intent to award is May 7, 2025. Lead times will be discussed at the time of the award for determination of timeframe of the contract. The deadline for vendor questions is Friday, April 25, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. CT. Email all questions to Rod Polk, Public Works Division Director at rod.polk@polkcountywi.gov. The Polk County Board or its designee reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, or any proposal which, in their opinion, will be inappropriate to carry out the work under the terms of the contract and to waive any irregularities.
