Renovation of a municipal facility in Balsam Lake, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Polk County Public Works Division is accepting proposals for the installation of a 14' wide x 18' high overhead door and a 3-0/7-0 metal service door in the north wall of the exterior of Building 2. Both doors will be new additions to the building on the north wall. Remove and dispose of all materials, remove and relocate existing exhaust fan, match colors with existing building colors, seal around doors and frames, supply all permits and site prep as needed, provide any apron work needed for installation, and supply a garage door opener with associated controls.
