The Town of Pagosa Springs is soliciting bids from qualified entities ("Contractor") to provide construction services for the Pagosa Springs Town Hall Renovation (the "Project"). The project will include updated security locks, construction of a secure door limiting uninterrupted access to the south corridor, a secure reception area ADA compliant transaction window, and a reconfigured northeast corner to include enclosed finance and town clerk offices. The west end of the lower level will include adding security doors at the bottom of the north stairs and two options for reconfiguring the transaction window for the police department. This facility will be occupied and operational throughout construction.
