Harris Street Development (14-3) Fence Replacement Project - Remove and replace existing perimeter fence with new vinyl and ornamental fence. GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK A. The work under the Contract consists of: B. Remove and replace existing perimeter fence with new vinyl fence and ornamental fence. This project requires a 100% Performance and Payment Bond. Any reference in the bid documents to a lesser amount should be ignored. In addition, the Work under the Contract includes: 1. Work outside the project site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 2. The restoration of any items damaged or destroyed by encroaching upon areas outside of the project site. 3. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities.
