Renovation of an educational facility in Greensboro, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Guilford County BOE Reserves the right to reject any or all bids presented and to waive any informalities and irregularities. Guilford County Schools reserves the right to award this project in part or in whole, whichever is deemed to be in the best interest of the district. The award is contingent upon availability of funds. Minority businesses are encouraged to submit proposals for this project. The Board of Education awards public contracts without regard to race, religion, color, creed, national origin, sex, age or handicapped condition as defined by North Carolina General Statutes, Section 168A-3. Per below Specifications and Instructions to Bidders, vendors are to supply all labor and materials to complete the Interior Door Lock Replacement at: Pearce Elementary School, 2006 Pleasant Ridge Road, Greensboro, NC 27410 This project consists of a hardware conversion for the interior doors at 77 locations within Pearce Elementary School Contractor to modify and install all hardware. Removal of all hardware. Clean and remove trash. Quote to include materials and labor to install 77 Schlage EVEREST 6 Crash Bars All classrooms shall be storeroom function.
