A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The scope of work includes the removal, replacement, and repair of damaged guardrails across various roadways in Alachua County due to hurricane-related impacts. All work must comply with the current Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) standards, ensuring that all reconstructed sections meet the latest safety and structural guidelines. The bidder will be responsible for furnishing all necessary materials, labor, and equipment required for the completion of this project. This includes, but is not limited to, the procurement and delivery of guardrail components, posts, end treatments, and other associated hardware. Prices must include all labor, materials, and shipping necessary to bring each requested guardrail location up to FDOT Safety Standards. An estimated time to complete all location must be provided. Traffic control measures (Maintenance of Traffic - MOT) and Temporary Traffic Control (TTC) will be the full responsibility of the vendor and must be performed in accordance with FDOT Standards to ensure the safety of both workers and the traveling public. Work will be conducted at multiple locations as specified, with a focus on restoring damaged sections to full operational safety. The contractor must coordinate material deliveries and staging areas to minimize disruptions while maintaining an efficient project schedule. All reconstructed sections will follow FDOT's current design and installation standards. 5.2.
