Project Name: Watertown Housing Authority-Hilltop Towers Emergency Generator and Fire Pump Replacement Project B. Thesite is located at 113 W. Main Street Watertown, NY 13601. Contractor shall provide all required transportation of materials and personnel to the site. C. Thework of this project includes the removal of an existing generator and fire pump within the building, demolition of an existing concrete patio to accomodate new electrical service line, installing new underground electrical service, updating electrical panels and circuitry that services the building, installation of new generator and electric fire pump, new high pressure natural gas line, new concrete pad for generator, and a new concrete patio. Contractor is responsible for furnishing of all labor, materials, appliances, tools, and equipment, and the performing of all work in accordance with these specifications and the Contract Drawings. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the OWNER. The General Municipal Law of the State of New York requires that bidders certify, under penalty of perjury, that bids have been prepared without collusion with other bidders, subcontractors, suppliers, etc. This certification is included within the Bid Form.
