Work on the island property shall not commence until Parks has obtained final sign off from SHPO which is expected on/or about June 16, 2025. The docks on the island are seasonal and will likely be removed in mid-September when the water levels start to drop. All plan holders/bidders may visit the site at their own discretion with the understanding that the buildings on the island will be locked for safety reasons.
