Contractor agrees to provide all labor, tools, user materials, cleaning supplies, and equipment necessary to provide janitorial services to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), as described herein. The services shall be performed at the District 07 location at 14044 Freeway Drive, Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670 in Los Angeles County. Question Deadline 03/13/2025 5:00 p.m Questions must be sent to the following email: Email: jennifer.ramos@dot.ca.gov. Written responses to all questions will be collectively compiled and posted as an Addendum to online. Proposed Award Date (estimate) 04/01/2025 This Agreement will commence on May 1, 2025 (estimate), or upon approval by the Department of General Services (DGS), whichever is later, and no work shall begin before that time. This Agreement is of no effect unless approved by DGS. Contractor shall not receive payment for work performed prior to approval of the Agreement and before receipt of notice to proceed by Caltrans Contract Manager. This Agreement will expire on April 30, 2028 (estimate).
