Renovation of a mixed-use development in Santa Fe Springs, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.

THE PROJECT IS THE RENOVATION OF THE EXISTING AQUATIC CENTER FACILITY, LOCATED IN THE CITY OF SANTA FE SPRINGS. IT CONSISTS OF TENANT IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN THE EXISTING 1-STORY POOL BUILDING. SEVERAL NEW AMENITY AREAS, INCLUDING NEW SPLASH GROUND, SPA AREA, NEW CABANA AREAS AND CONCESSION STAND. PICNIC AREAS ARE RECEIVING NEW DESIGN UPDATES. NEW CANOPIES WILL BE INSTALLED FOR THE EAST AND WEST BLEACHER AREAS, THE PICNIC AND CABANA AREAS AS WELL AS THE MAIN FACILITY ENTRANCE. THE ENTRANCE WILL BE REDEFINED BY NEW LANDSCAPE AREAS COMBINED WITH HARDSCAPE UPGRADES. The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the Plans and Specifications. The general items of work include, but are not limited to, new amenities such as a splash pad, Jacuzzi/spa area, new concession building and cabana area, renovated pool house including modifications to interior partitions, building additions to accommodate spa and splash pad equipment, renovated picnic court area, shade canopies, replacement of the remainder of pool deck concrete not replaced in the previous Phase 1A, an acrylic coating over the pool deck, grading, drainage, utility work, landscaping, and other various facility improvements.
