This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Federal Bureau of Prisons formally issues solicitation 15B60925Q00000003 for award of a firm fixed-price contract entitled Upgrade High Mast Lighting at Federal Correctional Institution Safford, AZ (FCI Safford).
