Following materials to be furnished and delivered: 75 Tons UPM High Performance Bituminous Cold Mix and the following materials to be furnished F.O.B. County trucks at the producer's plant: 6,000 Tons Hot Mix Asphalt, 9.5 M 64, Surface Courses 5,000 Tons Hot Mix Asphalt, 12.5 M 64, Intermediate Courses 250 Tons Hot Mix Asphalt, 19.0 M 64, Base Courses 100 Tons Hot Mix Asphalt, (Curb Mix) 750 Tons Dense Graded Aggregate 2,000 Tons Dense Graded Aggregate (recycled concrete) . All bids must be accompanied by a certified check, bank draft, or bid bond and made payable to the order of the County of Warren Treasurer, in the amount of at least ten percent (10%) of the total bid; provided said check or bid bond shall not exceed $20,000.00. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any minor irregularities or informalities in the bids.
