The Orange County Sheriff-Coroner Department, (hereinafter referred to as "OCSD" or "COUNTY") invites Contractors to submit pre-qualification documents for Job Order Contracting (JOC) for Roofing Services. All Contractors for the 2025-2026 OCSD JOC projects must be prequalified according to this pre-qualification solicitation prior to submitting a bid. OCSD may use the list of pre-qualified Contractors for a period of one (1) year from the date of the establishment of the Qualified Bidders List. All Questions/Requests for Interpretation Are Due: March 10 2025, 3:30 P.M. Pacific Time Respondents are not to contact other County personnel with any questions or clarifications concerning this Request for Pre-Qualification Documents. OCSD will provide all official communication concerning this Request for Pre-Qualification Documents. Any County response relevant to this Request for Pre-Qualification Documents other than through or approved by OCSD is unauthorized and will be considered invalid. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE COUNTY HAS DETERMINED THAT CONTRACTOR'S OF SPECIFIC TRADE; LICENSE CLASS C-39 (ROOFING) SHALL BE REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE IN A PRE-QUALIFICATION PROCESS AND BECOME PRE-QUALIFIED TO BE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE BIDDING PROCESS. CONTRACTOR'S WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA OPENGOV, IF THEY ARE ELIGIBLE TO SUBMIT A BID PROPOSAL. FOR ALL RELEVANT INFORMATION PLEASE REFER TO THE ATTACHED PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTATION. BIDDERS THAT ARE INTERESTED IN THIS PROJECT SHALL FILL OUT THE ATTACHED DOCUMENTS AND SUBMIT ELECTRONICALLY.
