SCOPE OF WORK Demolition, Disposal and Clean-up of approximately (41) Forty-One Manufactured homes and One (1) approximately 55x60 cinder block building (Maintenance Building) and carport include concrete slab and footing, located at 19028 E. 840 Rd. Parkhill, Oklahoma in Cherokee County. All manufactured homes are in the same location and vary in size from 14x56 to 14x74. At time of notice Twenty-Nine (29) mobiles are ready for demolition and Twelve (12) units anticipated to become vacant after March 14, 2025. Bid to include all utility disconnections, underground electric services will be disconnected at the pole and your bid should include preserving and capping all water meters, conventional septic lines etc. before demolishing. The contractor will be required to install a safety fence with netting to prevent debris from getting onto the surrounding properties. Approximately 1,750 Linear feet of fencing will be required and may require additional wind bracing. Note: Location is across the road from Keys Elementary School. Demolition of all structures must include disposal at an approved dump site. Demolition of manufactured homes/structures must include all concrete blocks, piers, runners or footings as needed. (Some will have decks and porches which will be demolished as well.) Contractors must verify the exact nature of each site/structure (mobile home, utilities, concrete, trees etc. sizes of each unit will vary.) Bid to include all utility disconnections, underground electric services will be disconnected at the pole and your bid should include preserving and capping all water meters, septic lines etc. before demolishing. Existing Utilities must be preserved and easily identifiable after demolitions and final grade is complete. The contractor will be required to install a safety fence with netting to prevent debris from getting onto the surrounding properties. Fencing may require additional wind bracing. Note: Location is across the road from Keys Elementary School. Bid to remove and dispose of all trees that are located within the interior lot. (Exclude trees grownup in the exterior fence line) Bid to include Final grade. Final grade must be smooth, clear of debris, rock and trash. Contractor responsible for all Utility locates as applicable.
