As Of December 18,2025 Project will go t Rebid but no definite date for REBID. Provide and install backup power generator, Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS), and generator pad for new water treatment plant. Refurbish and move two pre-purchased used Tri-Mite Adsorption Clarification/Filtration units, including all labor and necessary parts such as new effluent pumps, backwash pump, adsorption beads, filter media, underdrain system, turbidimeters, controllers, air blowers, electrical, and system control panel. The Burnt Cabin RWD will provide a list of pre-purchased automatic valves at the pre-construction meeting. Construct two residual lagoons with manholes, piping, 60-Mil HDPE Geomembrane lagoon liners, floating decanter system, lagoon decant lift station with submersible pumps and piping to return decant to the water treatment plant. Perform necessary dirt work for the construction of the new residual lagoons as specified in the plans and specifications. Indian preference will be given to parties with current certification from the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Office (TERO); proof of certification must be included in the bid. A bid bond of 5% is required. No bid withdrawals are allowed within 45 days of the opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any irregularities or technicalities. Contractors must obtain plans and specifications from the Engineer and be registered on the Engineer's bid list to be eligible. Proposals must be received by the designated office by the specified time. Question Deadline 11/28/2025 Questions regarding documents, discrepancies, omissions, or intent of the specifications or drawings shall be submitted in writing to the Owner through the Engineer at least seven (7) days prior to bid closing to provide time for issuing and forwarding an addendum.
