Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Montpelier, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and road / highway.
The work shall consist of removing obstructions, constructing sidewalk and ADA ramps, repairing concrete driveway along Clay Street from Hwy 30 to Moore Drive. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies required to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Documents, the plans, the Idaho Standards for Public Works 2020 Edition, and any applicable Federal, State and Local requirements. Davis Bacon Wage Determinations are a requirement of this project. This contract involves federal-aid funding and must comply with Buy America. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount is required. A Public Works Contractors License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
