A certified check or cashier's check made payable to the Township of Montville Township, or a duly executed bid bond in the amount of 10% of each bid, but in no case in excess of $20,000.00, must be deposited by the bidder together with a Certificate of Surety evidencing that he can obtain the required Performance Bond and Payment Maintenance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount of the contract. Furnish & Install approximately 194 square feet Commercial Grade Epoxy Floor System with Aluminum Oxide Anti-Skid Aggregate over existing tile floor b. Color to be selected by Owner 7. Install Commercial Grade Wall Tile a. Furnish & Install approximately 268 square feet of commercial grade ceramic wall tile to a height of 48” above the floor per IBC Section 1210.2 b. Color/ Style to be selected by Owner 8. Spackle, Sand, Prime & Paint Walls a. Spackle, repair and sand dry wall, as necessary b.
