Montville Township will not be responsible for any bid mailed which is lost in transit or delivered late. Bids will not be accepted after said hour. Project Description: The project scope includes milling and resurfacing of select roads within two condominium complexes in Montville. The base bid includes 15,900 square yards of 2-inch milling and 1,910 tons of Hot Mix Asphalt 9.5M64. Including the alternate bid item, the project results in 18,120 square yards of milling and 2,175 tons of Hot Mix Asphalt 9.5M64. Other work items include repairs to and reconstructing existing drainage inlets, curb repairs, constructing sidewalk ramps to meet ADA requirements, traffic striping and installing NJDOT compliant inlet hardware. A certified check or cashier's check made payable to the order of the Township of Montville, or a duly executed bid bond in the amount of 10% of each bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00, must be submitted with the bid by each bidder. Bid proposals must be placed in sealed opaque envelopes addressed to the Township of Montville, 195 Changebridge Road, Montville, New Jersey 07045 and marked clearly on the outside of the envelope "BID DOCUMENTS ENCLOSED, 2025 ROAD RESURFACING PROJECT".
