** As of July 23, 2025 project has been awarded to D&L Paving Contractors, Inc. with an amount of $201,168.61.** Project Description: The project scope includes installing approximately 1,400 linear feet of sloped Belgium block curbing on Margaret Drive, in addition to milling and resurfacing the length of Margaret Drive. A certified check or cashier's check made payable to the order of the Township of Montville, or a duly executed bid bond in the amount of 10% of each bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00, must be deposited with the bid by each bidder The Township of Montville reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to waive any minor informalities or irregularities in the proposal received and to accept the proposal which is in the best interests of the Township. By order of the Mayor and Township Committee, Township of Montville, Morris County, New Jersey. ***Bid Event: Bids may be handdelivered or mailed by certified mail. Montville Township will not be responsible for any bid mailed which is lost in transit or delivered late. Bids will not be accepted after said hour.
