The project is referred to as "Pawnee City North, C-67(169)" and shall include all labor, materials, transportation and equipment required to furnish and install: C-67(169) - triple 120" x 42' corrugated metal pipes on a 10-degree skew (rhb), with steel headwalls attached and wingwalls. The project site is located: C-67(169) - on 711 Road between 621 Avenue and Highway 50 in Pawnee County, Nebraska. Along with its Bid Proposal, each bidder shall submit an unconditional Bid Bond or Certified Check made payable to the County Treasurer of Pawnee County, Nebraska, in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the Bid Proposal. The desired completion date for the project is September 1, 2025. The successful bidder (i.e. Contractor) will be allowed forty (40) calendar days for completion of the project after beginning work at the site, provided they do not exceed their specified completion date. Additional days due to weather may be granted at the discretion of the Engineer. Within ten (10) days following the award of the Contract, the successful bidder shall furnish a surety bond or bonds in an amount equal to or greater than the full amount of the contract. The surety and form of the bonds are subject to acceptance by the Pawnee County Board of Commissioners. The Pawnee County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any irregularities in bids received.
