Pawnee City Public Schools is requesting bids from qualified individuals or entities for two separate projects. Pawnee City High School VRF HVAC Project. The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder. Event Bid Descriptions: Two copies of the bid shall be addressed and delivered in a sealed envelope to Pawnee City Public Schools, Attn: Superintendent, 729 E Street, Pawnee City, NE 68420. The winning bid shall be announced by the Board of Education at its meeting to be held or at such other meeting determined by the Board. INQUIRIES AND BID INSTRUCTIONS. Requests for full bid instructions and all questions, inquiries, or requests for clarification or site inspection should be submitted in writing to Brian Rottinghaus, Superintendent, e-mail: brottinghaus@pawneecityschool.net. Pawnee County School District 67-0001, commonly known as the Pawnee City Public Schools (School District or Owner), is requesting proposals from qualified individuals or entities for its Pawnee City High School VRF HVAC Project. Project details are as follows: A. Scope and Nature. Construction shall fulfill the specification to the attached drawings. B. Site. Pawnee City Public Schools, 729 E Street, Pawnee City, NE 68420 C. Schedule. Construction shall begin at a time agreeable to both parties and the Contractor shall submit a timeline of work with the bid. Work that is completed during the school year shall be done without disturbing classes when school is in session and timing of work shall be coordinated with the Owner. The project shall be substantially completed no later than December 1, 2025. The Bidder must, at its expense: provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment for the project; secure all permits, licenses, and consents required by law or necessary to perform the work; and give all notices and pay all fees and otherwise comply with all applicable city, county, state, and federal laws, ordinances, and rules pertaining to such work.
