Project details are as follows: A. Scope and Nature. Construction shall fulfill the specification to the attached drawings. B. Site. Pawnee City Public Schools, 729 E Street, Pawnee City, NE 68420 C. Schedule. Construction shall begin at a time agreeable to both parties and the Contractor shall submit a timeline of work with the bid. Work that is completed during the school year shall be done without disturbing classes when school is in session and timing of work shall be coordinated with the Owner. The project shall be substantially completed no later than December 1, 2025. The Bidder must, at its expense: provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment for the project; secure all permits, licenses, and consents required by law or necessary to perform the work; and give all notices and pay all fees and otherwise comply with all applicable city, county, state, and federal laws, ordinances, and rules pertaining to such work.
