The project sites are located at: C-67(165) on 626 Av-enue between 719 Road and 720 Road, C-67(273) on 607 Avenue between 706 Road and 707 Road, both in Pawnee County, Nebraska. The project is referred to as "Paw-nee County CBCS C-67(165) & C-67(273) and shall include all la-bor, materials, transportation and equipment required for the con-struction of. C-67(165) twin 10 x 8 x 55 concrete box culvert on a 0" skew with paved sloped inlet apron, and C-67(273)-twin 14 x 14 x 41 concrete box culvert on a 10 skew (Ihb), and other incidental work. The desired completion date is May 1, 2026. The successful bidder (i.e. Contractor) will be allowed seventy (70) calendar days for completion of each site after beginning work at the site, pro-vided they do not exceed their specified completion date. Additional days due to weather may be granted at the discretion of the Engineer. No project can be started without the intent to complete that site without delay from the other sites, therefore, the Contractor will not be allowed to start the removals at a site unless they have committed a crew to complete the work at that site. Within ten (10) days following the award of the Contract, the successful bidder shall furnish a surety bond or bonds in an amount equal to or greater than the full amount of the contract. The surety and form of the bonds are subject to acceptance by the Pawnee County Board of Comissioners. The Pawnee County Board of Commissioners reserves the right. to reject any and all bids or to waive any irregularities in bids received.
