FY25 Lead & Galvanized Service Line On-Call Emergency Replacement Program The scope of work consists of lead or galvanized water service replacement at various locations throughout the Village of Niles. The work shall be completed on an on-call emergency basis. Locations will be determined as lead service lines are identified by Village staff or as requested for replacement by property owners. The contractor can expect approximately 50 water service repairs per year. Must Comply With Amended Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, 820 Ilcs 130/.01 Et Seq. Must Comply With Employment of Illinois Workers on Public Works Act, 30 Ilcs 570/0.01 Et Seq.
