Renovation of a mixed-use development in Morrow, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and water / sewer project.
Clayton State University is seeking to qualify a contractor for Replacing Chillers at Central Plant. The attached scope of work for the project to the existing Mechanical (HVAC) and Electrical systems related to the removal of the existing 2 chillers at 750 tons each for exact replacement with 2 new750 ton each chillers and associated accessories as listed in these documents and the attached drawings. Please review these documents in the bid for further explanation of the bid. Questions received will be answered by March 13, 2025 by 5 pm EDT with applicable RFQ Addendum issued with the Answers. As of August 19, 2025, this project is under construction.
