The project includes a freestanding athletic facility with approximately 12,960 square feet to be constructed between the multipurpose facility and the press box. The upper level consists of approximately 10,440 square feet and includes a wrestling room sized for three 38'x38' mats, a weight room, multiple restrooms, changing areas, and showers. The lower level consists of approximately 2,520 square feet and includes space for concessions, single-use restroom, women's restroom, men's restroom, and storage space. Scope also includes additional sidewalks and stoops around the building and additional pavement between the building and the press box.
