The City of Dublin is requesting Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified individuals or firms (Consultant) to provide Landscape Architect services at the following park and recreation facilities: Active Community Park, Aquatic Facility, Community Facilities, Cultural Arts Center, Downtown Plaza, Natural Community Park, Neighborhood Parks, Neighborhood Square, Regional Park/Open Space and Trails, and Senior Center. Question Deadline 03/14/2025 at 4:00 PM PT Deadline to submit questions to City of Dublin via e-mail ONLY to Julius Pickney at julius.pickney@dublin.ca.gov. Wednesday, March 19 Addendum posted, if required. The term of the agreement will begin July 1, 2025. The On-Call Contract will extend through June 30, 2028, with an option to extend up to two additional years. The City reserves the right to award a contract to the firm(s) that the City feels best meets the requirements of the RFQ. The City reserves the right to reject any and all Statement of Qualifications prior to execution of the Agreement, with no penalty to the City. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
