Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Dublin, California. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
This project provides for the design-build of an aluminum 60-foot flagpole at the southwest corner of the baseball diamond behind the First Base side bullpen. The Contractor shall have a licensed California structural engineer verify the wind and flag loading on the aluminum flagpole and design the flagpole foundation. Provide the 60-foot Aluminum flagpole and accessories. Provide a 10-foot x 15-foot United States Flag and a same size California State Flag. Excavate flagpole foundation, dispose of spoils, place concrete foundation and rebar, assemble flagpole, place City provided solar beacon light to top of pole, and erect the Flagpole. All work must be completed by April 30, 2025. OST ESTIMATE: The City's estimated total construction cost for this Project is between $75,000 and $100,000 The estimate is intended to serve merely as a guideline of the magnitude of work. Neither the bidders nor the contractor shall be entitled to claims because of any inaccuracy in the estimated cost range. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
