Remodeling of a transportation facility in Jamestown, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the remodel of a transportation facility.
The Russell County Fiscal Court/Russell County Airport will be accepting bids for Maintenance Building Lobby, Office, and Restroom Remodel at the Russell County Airport located at 628 C. Smith Road, Jamestown, KY 42629. Bids need to include the following: **Interior Remodel:** - Replacement of existing windows with high-quality, name-brand windows. - Replacement of steel insulated exterior doors. - Replacement of ceiling tiles using the existing grid. - Replacement of flooring with waterproof laminate (NO CARPET or VINYL flooring). - Interior painting. - Replacement of all restroom fixtures, including toilets, urinals, and lavatories. - Installation of lavatory mirrors. - Replacement of all electrical outlet and switch covers; verification of the operation of all electrical outlets, switches, and light fixtures, with replacements as required. - Proper disposal and removal of all demolition and construction debris from the property. **Exterior Work:** For questions or a tour of the facility please call Kim Blanchet at the Judge's office - Construction of one (1) 10x10 shed roof awning and one (1) 4x4 shed roof awning to cover the two (2) entrance doors into the lobby.
