The Russell County Fiscal Court is now accepting sealed competitive bids for the following paving services:1. Application of Rubber-Modified Asphalt o Scope: Up to 12,000 square yards of Thin Overlay o Specifications: Overlay not to exceed 1.5inches in thickness o Pricing Requirement: Must be itemized as cost per square yard & Final Total All materials and applications must meet current Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) specifications and standards. Awardee must start the project no later than September 1, 2025 Awardee must complete project no later than September 30, 2025 The Fiscal Court reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to the county.
