Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required for the site clean-up of debris, demolition, removal, and proper disposal of existing 473 SF CMU well house building that was damaged during the Davis Fire, including removal and disposal of water piping, electrical conduit and equipment, HVAC piping and equipment. Salvage and protect in place existing reinforced concrete foundation, floor slab, and below slab piping and conduits. All content viewed and/or obtained is considered confidential information and shall be used by the Recipient solely for the purpose of evaluating and potentially submitting a bid for the Project, and not in any way detrimental to TMWA. Recipient shall not copy or otherwise reproduce any confidential information and may not distribute any information to any third-party that is not necessary for purposes of evaluating and submitting a bid for the Project. The Engineer's estimate is: $67,500 - $82,500 This Project is deemed a Horizontal Construction Project.
