Site work for a mixed-use development in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The project consists of demolition of existing sod and replacement with synthetic turf systems for the baseball, soccer and softball field as well as new discus and shot put runways. Installation of xeriscape in areas that were previously sod, as well as concrete mow curbs, ADA access and concrete storage pads. Repair or replacement of damaged or missing fencing, backstops and other sports field related items. The construction estimate for the project is: $8,000,000.00 The Owner's representative is: James "Buck" Maack, Project Manager, and may be reached at 702-799-8710 x 5305. Question Deadline 03/31/2025 Clarifications requested by Bidders must be made directly to the A/E in writing, not less than nine (9) calendar days before date set for receipt of Bids. The A/E representative is: Chris Langham, PLA with Westwood Professional Services, Inc., and may be reached at 702-284-5339 Adjustment of existing grading, utilities, and adjustments to existing irrigation system to add quick couplers and reduce number of stations and place on one (1) controller and installation of field equipment. Prequalified Bidders shall have a Nevada Contractor's License with the Classification of A, AB and B.
