This project involves the removal and replacement of existing lighting systems at the Clark County Shooting Complex. The scope of work is divided into two key areas: Shooting Ranges - Upgrade sports field lighting with Musco Light-Structure System Retrofit LED fixtures, Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI). Outdoor Parking, Pathway, and Building Areas - Remove existing lighting fixtures and procure and install new LED fixtures, Contractor Furnished Contractor Installed (CFCI). Question Deadline 03/19/2025 at 5:30 PM PT ESTIMATED COST: $1,481,820 - $1,770,256 1. Labor and Material Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract price. 2. Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract price. 3. Guaranty Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract price. The Guaranty Bond will go into effect from the date of Notice of Substantial Completion. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
