furnishing of all labor and materials to perform the Work in conjunction with the construction of: Rancho High School Turf Sports Fields & Xeriscape MPID 0017943 PWP#CL-2025-263 The Work consists of removing the existing natural grass; replacing the baseball field, softball field, and soccer field's grass with synthetic turf systems and replacing other natural grass areas with desert landscape; removing existing irrigation from the natural grass areas and installing new irrigation. The Work also includes installing new curbs, fencing, concrete, rock maintenance paths, erosion control, and sports field accessories. Prequalified Bidders shall have a Nevada Contractor's License with the Classification of A, AB and B.
