Questions must be received by the following email address:tbarnado@union.k12.sc.us The District may cancel this solicitation in whole or in part. The District may reject any or all proposals in whole or in part. Term of Contract/Option to Renew: Any contract resulting from this RFP shall have an initial contract period of one (1) year beginning May 1, 2025 through April 30, 2026. The District reserves the right to award this solicitation to one vendor or multiple vendors based on the responses. It also reserves the right to not award this solicitation based on any factor such as non-understanding of the bid by all parties etc. This non-award will occur prior to any contract being established. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit bids from qualified contractors to provide professional interior and exterior painting services for Union County Schools. The selected contractor will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying high-quality coatings, and ensuring a durable, aesthetically pleasing finish in accordance with industry standards and district specifications. The scope of work includes but is not limited to classrooms, hallways, offices, gymnasiums, restrooms, and exterior facades across multiple district facilities.
