This project includes construction of a 20,000 sq. ft. pre-engineered, full-service vehicle maintenance shop. It will support municipal and fleet services including maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs. Work includes site prep and building construction with metal panel and CMU finishes. The facility will feature service bays, parts storage, office space, and employee areas - designed for efficiency, safety, and long-term fleet support.
