School District of Santa Rosa County, Florida, herein referred to as the Board, pursuant to Florida law, is soliciting letters of interest from qualified Florida registered architectural firms to provide design and construction supervision services for any projects budgeted in which construction and cost for each study activity do not exceed limits specified in F. S. 287. 055. The fees for professional services for each project will be based upon the Florida Department of Management fee curve, starting between April 11, 2025 and ending the 31st day of March, 2030, unless the contract is sooner terminated. A firms capability to produce construction documents ready to bid within 120-days of notice-to-proceed will be a factor in the selection process. All proposing firms are to make a 20-minute presentation on Monday, April 7, 2025, beginning at 8: 00 am, and will proceed in the order that the proposals are received. Professional liability insurance is required. The School District of Santa Rosa County, Florida, reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals in completely or in part, to waive all informalities, and to cancel unfunded projects. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
