The contractor will provide labor, materials and equipment necessary to remove, install, repair and/or replace damaged guardrail to the proper condition of operation within the time frame specified on the work document. Removal and disposal of all debris from replacement of damaged guardrail will be the contractor's responsibility. Mobilization and Maintenance of Traffic are incidental to the other pay items listed.
