The work to be performed will generally consist of a base bid for sanitary lagoon treatment system improvements, including the replacement of eight floating aerators and power supply cables, replacement of some mooring anchors, and minor lagoon dam repairs; installation of lagoon influent meter in a new manhole and SCADA improvements at Lift Station 5,; holding pond effluent system improvements, including replacement of valve actuators with manual wheel operated valve control, replacement of the pond effluent aerator, discharge meter vault improvements and meter SCADA improvements, disinfection system replacement; minor electrical improvements to the chemical building; and sewer lift station improvements at Lift Stations 5, 7 & 8, including emergency piping connections.
