Shingle Removal - Remove and recycle to the greatest extent existing gutters and leaders. Remove and legally dispose of existing shingles and related roofing materials such as, but not limited to, underlayment, roofvents, plumbing boots, flashing materials, rake and drip edge, and fasteners from all roofsections ofthe house and garage. Removal work shall be done in a manner and by such means as is necessary to protect the buildings and surrounding areas from damage; to cause minimum interruption to activities; to avoid hazard or injury to persons or property during the entire construction project. WINDOWS - Replace all existing house windows with new vinyl replacement windows DOORS- 1. Replace front and side house entry doors and storm doors. Paint door and trim.
